Expanded AI Provider Options

  • European provider option — Company administrators can approve Mistral model slots for workspaces that want a European AI provider path.
  • Optional non-US/non-EU providers — GLM/Z.ai and Kimi/Moonshot model slots can be enabled by explicit company opt-in for coding and agentic workflows.
  • Clearer provider governance — Provider approval, company defaults, and jurisdiction-sensitive provider opt-in are handled from the AI Provider settings page.

AI Provider Selection

  • Curated model slots — Built-in Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini choices are presented as friendly Latest and Previous model-family slots, while the exact provider model ID remains visible in model details.
  • Company-admin approvals — Administrators approve built-in model slots for the company pool and can keep a Previous slot available for operational stability.
  • Automatic discovery foundation — IntuitivePM can discover provider models on a schedule so validated built-in model choices stay current without requiring customers to update raw provider IDs manually.

Initial Launch

IntuitivePM is now generally available. This release includes the full platform with AI-powered project management, team collaboration, and workflow automation.

AI Features

  • AI Project Assist — Describe your project in natural language and generate a complete structure with epics, tasks, milestones, and story points.
  • AI Epic Assist — Break down epics into well-structured tasks with descriptions, acceptance criteria, story points, and smart member assignment with workload balancing.
  • Multi-Provider AI — Choose from company-approved AI providers such as Claude (Anthropic), GPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Mistral, optional GLM/Z.ai and Kimi/Moonshot providers, and Enterprise custom OpenAI-compatible services. Multiple model tiers are available across built-in providers.
  • AI Credits Billing — Dual-wallet credit system for AI features. Purchase credits and track usage per model and feature. Stripe integration for payments.

Virtual Colleagues

  • Nine specialized roles — Scrum Master, Project Lead, Product Owner, Manager, Member, Myself, Customer, Agent Orchestrator, and Agent.
  • Scheduled automation — Configure colleagues to run hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly with timezone support.
